Teachers’ Perspectives On Integrating Gamification In Digital Learning Activities: A Case Study From The ‘Design For Digital Learning’ Master’s Program

This study explores the perspectives of Sofia University students enrolled in the “Design for Digital Learning” master’s program, who are also active teachers across various educational stages and subject areas. These teachers shared a common experience in the “Gamification in Digital Learning Design” course, where they were introduced to gamification principles and practices. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze teachers’ views on how gamification elements can be effectively integrated into teaching practices to enhance digital learning environments. It specifically focuses on aligning gamified strategies with learning objectives and activities to optimize educational outcomes.
