Integration of Usability Organizational Patterns With The Corporate Ux Maturity Model
Usability is a key factor in software development. However, its implementa-tion as a core aspect of the organization has not been successful, affecting the quality of the software due to the lack of clear guidelines on usability imple-mentation. Although, usability maturity models have been developed for help-ing usability implementation, the key factors on the transition between level, mostly, are not clear for their implementation. This work aims to present clear guidelines to support a successful transition between levels in the well-known Corporate User-Experience Maturity model (CUM) using ten (10) software patterns for successful usability implementation. Therefore, a set of recom-mendations are presented, including the patterns to be used, to move the organ-ization to the next maturity level until it reaches a user-driven corporation lev-el.
