Digital Marketing Strategies In A Global Healthtech Ecosystem: Opportunities, Challenges, and Future Directions

This paper explores the role of digital marketing strategies within the evolving global HealthTech ecosystem. As healthcare increasingly integrates with digital technologies, marketing becomes a critical mechanism not only for promoting products and services but also for enhancing patient engagement, education, and access to care. This study reviews recent literature on digital marketing practices, including social media, mobile applications, content marketing, and personalized communication strategies. The findings highlight both opportunities and challenges associated with digital marketing in a highly regulated and culturally diverse sector. While digital tools enable scalable and personalized engagement, they also raise concerns related to data privacy, misinformation, and regulatory compliance. The paper identifies key trends and gaps in current research, emphasizing the need for ethical and patient-centered approaches. It contributes by proposing a framework for aligning digital marketing strategies with healthcare objectives in a global context.
