Data-Driven Organizational Climate and Employee Motivation: A Digital Hr Perspective

In contemporary organizations, the increasing digitalization of human resource management has reshaped how organizational climate and employee motivation are understood and managed. This paper explores the relationship between organizational climate and employee motivation from a data-driven and digital Human Resources (HR) perspective. Building on existing literature, the study proposes a conceptual framework in which organizational climate is influenced by leadership, communication, and digital interaction mechanisms. The research adopts a quantitative approach based on survey data to assess employee perceptions and identify correlations between climate factors and motivation levels. The findings suggest that positive organizational climates, supported by transparent communication and participatory leadership, significantly enhance employee motivation and engagement. Additionally, the integration of digital tools in HR processes enables continuous monitoring and optimization of workplace conditions. The paper contributes by reframing organizational climate as a measurable and strategic variable within digital organizations, highlighting its role in performance and sustainability.
